Return Policy

Customized Product

1. We will finish producing within three days after the order is placed. If the product is completed but has not been sent out yet, and the customer requests to cancel the order at this time, we will provide product photos as proof and charge a service fee of 40% of the order price.

2. If the product has not been completed, usually within 24 hours after placing the order, and if the customer requests to cancel the order at this time, we will provide a full refund.

3. If the product is already in transit, we in principle do not accept returns  for non-quality reasons.

 

Non-customized Products

1. We accept return requests within 30 days after the arrival. For returns due to non-quality reasons, we need to charge a service fee of 15% of the order price.

 

2.If the products have not been sent out, we can cancel and give the full refund at this time.
